Do you use eco-friendly printing & shipping?
This has been an important factor in choosing my print lab. To reduce my carbon footprint, all products are created per order and shipped from one location. I use an eco friendly paper and ship using recyclable and reusable materials. There's always room to grow in this area, I've done my best to be as eco friendly as I can at this time. Please help me in continuing this effort by re-using the packaging materials or recycling whenever possible!


What kind of paper do you use?
All prints are printed on 100% cotton (one of the most eco-friendly options) Hahnemuhle Rag 308. This paper is archival and acid-free.
  • Heavy, bright white, smooth matte surface
  • Meets the highest industry standards regarding density, color gamut, color graduation and image sharpness
  • 308 gsm weight, 19 mil thickness
  • 100% rag, 98% Opacity
  • Acid free, lightfast and extremely resistant to ageing (100+ years)

What kind of frame will I get?
I've partnered with Simply Framed to offer high quality custom framing made by hand in the USA. Click here to see the frame options I currently offer and to learn more. 


How/when will my package be delivered?
All orders are processed & shipped within 3-5 business days via Fed Ex Groud. Expect delivery within 1-2 weeks. Your print will arrive in a reusable/recyclable cardboard tube or mailer and will be safely wrapped in a green recyclable bubble wrap. For framed prints please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping. Framed prints will be mailed in a sturdy reusable box and wrapped in green recyclable bubble wrap.


Can you ship internationally?
I would love for my work to hang in your home, wherever you are! Currently I offer free shipping on all products to the continental US. If you don't see a shipping option that delivers to your location please contact me.


Can you make custom print/frame sizes?
If you've got a specific print size in mind that you don't see listed, please contact me.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
At this time prints (framed or unframed) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they're damaged in the shipping process. A photo of the damage must be emailed to me at info@kellychristinephoto.com within 1 week of delivery.
